If he stays at the scene this isnt a big deal. The fact it was a hit and run makes it major.
NHL wont do anything about it. Slide it under the carpet probably. |

If its "just" (not condemning at all, friend was killed by DD) a DUI they probably just put him on bail and he gets out in 24 hours. Hit and run is like the worst thing you could do in this situation.
