If they move Psysk to LD signing Franson for 3 yrs 15 mill wouldn't be a bad move, we need a PP guy.

No, it is a bad idea.
Because, Franson is just not a good dman!!
We don't need to sign anyone this year.
Wait for next season to trade or sign a great LHD.
