Gillis was high on Bozak that's about it. He's a real decent face off guy and a pretty solid point getter at back to back 49 pt seasons but not sure it's what we need right now.

And with you, my lord, I question whether he is the guy that puts us over the top. Would rather spend that money on defence.

I don't mind the discussion, but I don't know enough about Bozak or if he is much of an upgrade on Bonino.

Here is what I saved, can't credit it properly though.

Lean ground beef
Ground pork
Thyme
Minced green onion
Worchestire
Finely minced jalapeño
Finely minced over cooked maple bacon
A little bit of the bacon grease
Egg
Panko
Siracha

Cooked on the BBQ, obviously.

I make an awesome homemade burger, they're so moist because I pre-mix them with;

eggs
onions
mustard
ketchup
BBQ sauce
garlic
worcestershire
salt
pepper
smashed up crackers/oatmeal

You won't go back. For the toppings I use spicy pickles (we just slice a jalapeño every time we buy a jar of pickles and toss it in) and dice a couple of tomatoes and marinate them in ponzu (my franks, I put that shlt on everything) balsamic vinegar, fresh minced thyme and basil, minced garlic and olive oil. Let the tomatoes marinate for at least an hour and when the burgers are done, drain and pile on top.
