Can someone remember what was the COOTS line at the end of last season ? I recall both Coots and Schenner clicking very well and going on a point streak.

Was it with both Read and Schenn on the off-wing ?

I like the Neuvirth signing. Of the available free agent goalies, I feel they got one of the better ones.

I'm not the biggest fan of a Justin Williams signing. Should it happen I won't be terribly mad, but it is getting a bit crowded in the bottom 6. I don't think this team needs a locker room guy. G, Jake, Simmonds, Streit. We're good there.

I know B Schenn played on the right side, and played well.

Veteran depth for the Flyers, and a veteran for the Phantoms.

Doesn't Williams play the right side? Don't see how they need another RW.

What worries me is that Voracek is UFA after 2015-2016.

Hextall is probably working on an extension already. Jake is only 24 years old. What do you offer him, 8years X 7M per ?

B.Schenn and Couturier are also RFA's at the end of 2015-2016.

Mason is UFA in 2 years after the 2016-2017 season. He will be 28 years old. If he puts up similar numbers he did last year (.928% sv pct), a big raise is due.

If we sign Williams I see curtains for BSchenn. If we trade for Oshie I think Schenn is going back in the deal.

Can't see us getting involved in Shattenkirk tbh.

Apparently Hextall just said BSchenn is moving back to center.

@BroadStBull

Sounds like B. Schenn will move back to C. Did well at RW late in yr.

A couple of sources told me the Bruins were in on Patrick Sharp talks. Have to think they're out now. Isles, Flyers, Panthers interested.

This would piss me off.

If Simmer is traded the Flyers would immediately need to go out and find a player just like him.

Also that means they're going after a LW. No way do they see Umberger on line 2 as an improvement.

Doubt it. Hextall more or less said nothing else can happen as long as Vinny is around. We're too close to the cap. BSchenn probably back to LW
