Leafs 2nd rounder is pretty much PITs 1st rounder.

Yeesh. So its Pitts 2nd going back, not the Leafs. So its kinda like 30th overall to LEafs and 90th overall and 31th overall going back.

I know it sounds stupid, if we're getting a 2nd round pick in the package with Kapanen, Harrington and the 1st, I'm a little more happier....but if we're giivng up the 2nd, I'm confused and pissed.

Your not. Leafs give up a 2nd ( 31-35?) for a late first ( 16-25?) and a late 3rd.

Yuk. Those draft picks damn near cancel each other out. The Leafs only move up between 6 and 18 spots realistically.

Kessel/Biggs/Erixon/2016 2nd for Spaling/Harrington/Kapanen/PIT 1st/PIT 3rd. Leafs retain 1.2M of Kessel. That looks like the full deal.

So Toronto 2nd basically cancels the Pitt 1st.
Erixon is better than Harrington.
Biggs is a dump but will probably become Lucic now.
So Kessel got Kapanen and a third with 1.2 retained.

Leafs ended up regaining a bigger chunk of cap space back than I thought, that's good.
