Did Benning just flip Wilson the bird? - 1970vintage
That's just a bonus I think. If Bieksa was willing to go to San Jose, which is basically the California Canucks, then a team just a couple of hours down the road that is a legitimate cup contender is a no brainer. |

remember Russ Courntall? the guy was a speed demon on the ice but just couldn't quite put things together. It seemed his hands/skills never caught up to his great speed - when I first saw him play I thought he might actually be a 40-50 goal scorer but you know how that all went. The point being, individual skills are great to have but if you aren't able to put it all together you aren't going to have that much success. Also, note that there have been a lot of 'poor' skaters who have had amazing careers. - Zogg
Pat Quinn's biggest regret trade wise. Said he always regretted trading away Greg Adams. |

Mason Raymond and Brandon McMillan are also excellent skaters...just saying. - Nucker101
Raymond no he couldn't stay on them. That is not strong skating. Speed doesn't meant strong. |

I honestly don't think they had anything on his skating. |

And remember Brett Hedican? the guy could fly but couldn't make a good offensive hockey play if his life depended on it. |

He played well for Carolina when they won their cup though. |
