Ray Ferraro just commented on Markstrom via TSN1040. Said he watched him before he came to the Canucks, against Grand Rapids (son), he said he had a ton of holes in this game, pucks going in the shouldn't have.

He watched him again this year, not the same goaltender, like not even same ball park, his words. Hopes he can bring that to the NHL, that's the big question.

2 seasons ago my buddy got called up to the Ice Hogs and he scored a goal against Markkstrom that gave me serious doubts about him. He was on the goal line and near the corner with a near impossible angle-- There was no way it should have went in from that far out.

The Laffs will never see 4 rounds of SC playoffs until they do a FULL teardown of that franchise from the ground up. Babcock will help of course but it will take a completely new team to get them to the 4th round.
