If Richards/NHLPA file grievance over LAK termination, it will be heard by joint-appointed NHL-NHLPA Impartial Arbitrator.

Nurse and two seconds? With the forward crop I have in edmonton? probably.
The only thing is that it would have hurt their ability to do the other two moves, if not completely knock them out of both and they may be better in the long run because of it.

personally, I don't know if Hamilton is a #1 all by himself make other guys better D man or if he is really good, especially when there is a legit #1 D man in front of him.

Hard to tell. You do still have to sign Hamilton and that might be an issue on top of the trade requests from Boston. Reports are saying Hamilton is looking for over 7 mil in his new contract. Gods know what the term might be but you have to think it starts at 5 yrs.

Grievances often takes months, sometimes years, to be heard but request can be made for expedited hearing that sometimes take days or weeks.
