He played a decent amount this year as a center and the nucks could use that stability, unfortunately they can't afford fehr unless more players are moved

Calm before the storm perhaps. Hockey trade coming? If Bieksa gets moved, we probably get a pick, I would rather they acquired a defensive prospect. Nevertheless with either Corrado/Clendenning in the lineup as the team stands today, I don't see us in a better place this season, only younger. So expect the same result, or worse. Adding another NHL ready defenseman should be on JB's acquisition list. Trade bait...Burrows, Bieksa, Higgins? Neither of those players are going to have a huge impact on the team next year.

Other then Center I don't know where he would fit. If the price was right we could manage. I think i'd prefer Richardson over Fehr. If Van just moves out one 4 mil plus contract out, we could be going after someone more top 6 range in a trade.
