I was thinking last night, watching highlights of the nhl awards, it is funny that an individual's performance for a season is so highly regarded but the Pres Trophy doesn't get the recognition it deserves. strange.

I doubt Buffalo is trading 31 for lack. #31 is basically a 1st rd pick and with the 10 hour gap between rd 1 and 2 is a valuable pick. They'd prefer to sign an UFA goalie. No way in the world they have any interest in a 34 year old overpaid defenseman.
