IMO that would be awful for the Canucks - we lose a top 4 D and a top 6 for a POTENTIAL #1/#2. That would truly put us in rebuild mode. I by us I mean the Canucks just in case your confused - not the Flames.

Yeah, that was a (frank) up but the Gomez/McDonagh deal was great, he got Nash for a pretty good price, and now he's getting a lot out of Talbot.

We're taking Barzal at #9 if we do end up moving up... and if he's still available

Bieksa+23rd for the 9th overall..... the fact that Bieksa is getting extended brings up his value IMO. Plus if he were dealt at the trade deadline he'd go for a 1st pick

I mentioned a trade proposal the other day of Lack for BUF's #31 and got a Sabres poster posting a dozen faces. Now they trade the #21 PLUS take on Legwand's contract???
