I don't think players would agree to incorporate that into the next CBA. That would just mean much fewer jobs for the NHLPA, despite the on-ice results (I agree that overtime is usually the best period for action)

That would be nice but that's probably a stretch unless PIT is high on Sbisa like Benning is. Sbisa is here to say with his new contract just signed. I don't mind him on the bottom pairing even if he is overpaid. Not his fault Benning gave him that deal.

Beleskey is a much better skater than Clarkson plus Kesler isn't Kovalchuck. Kesler was always viewed as a player who didn't use his linemates enough so suddenly he boosted Beleskey's #'s????
