my weekend is full or id come whack the ball around.

when i was young i worked at hidden lakes in Burlington, ive rolled a few carts, had 1 go into a pond, good times...

hell, i even one time was driving the tractor around picking up the range balls, was cruising for a solid 40 minutes....i look back, forgot to attach the part that gathers the balls...the pro's had a good chuckle.

My Dziadzio used to tell me stories about the war. Very sad. On the front line in Poland, he said they lobbed hand grenades at the Germans for hours, and the Germans kept pulling the pins and throwing them back.

I went to see a soccer game at Krakow Stadium a few years ago.

Worst sporting facility I've ever been to.

No matter which seat I was in, there was always a Pole in front of me.

right now its the stage in the harbor where the only thing around is the odd trout and lots of carp..

soon the sheepshead and perch will roll in.

Sheepshead fight like crazy.. I never fish lake Ontario, I wouldn't know where to start or even be all that interested. My cousin uses this charter called Homewrecker in bowmanville, and always comes back with monster walleye and salmon.. I'm taking a trip to my favorite spot in Algonquin next week for some specks and Lakers, but the smallmouth have established themselves and grow to unprecedented sizes.

Not sure why we call them sheepshead up here - we always called them fresh water drum. As a kid, I caught my first sheepshead in Florida. It was easy to see why they were called sheepshead.

Hey guys, kinda new here. Some guys on the Oilers threads say Oilers fans are not welcome to talk hockey respectfully in the Leafs threads. If that's true I'll move on, just trying to feel my way around.

Thanks.

We are Oilers and Leafs fans. Our teams have been disrespectful to the game of hockey.

How can you talk about them without being disrespectful?
