He is 24 and it is the finals.
Would you go with the guy that has experience or the guy that is jsut starting to find his groove?
He did great in the regular season.
49 games and 14 points and a +/- of 17!
Idk why, but he might turn into something that count be beneficial for the Oilers in the long run; he has the tools and he is showing it. His defensive side does need some development, but he woudl be an interesting choice. - EdmHockeyMan
So he is almost as good as OEL then. I say lock him up 7yrs 7.5m per |

Most Hawk fans would pay the Oil to take Rundblad - HawkfaninBC
Interesting.
Have you seen him play?
He is young at 24, 6'2'', produced 14 points in 49 games, went +17, had 58 shots on net.
He has the tools and he is still young enough to develop them. |

I thought Draisaitl was already traded for Jones and Josi? |

I didn't say that, I said that he might be interesting, plsu he is a Right handed shooter, how many defenders do the Oilers have that are currently a right handed shooter?
1 or 2 last time I checked! |

Guess how many right handed defensemen were on the ice for Tampa and Chicago in game 6. |

In the Swedish league and right now, yes.
Sure he might be a little bit low on confidence, but that you gain over time. |

Corey Crawford's name is popping up as a potential trade candidate because the Hawks will have to choose between him and Seabrook when his contract runs out next year. I'd rather see the Hawks keep Crawford, but going to have to choose between them.
Oilers need a goalie. Hawks have one to potentially trade. Good trade partners for this. I think it wouldn't be crazy:
Crawford for #16 overall pick and Draisaitl.
I know people will probably not like including Draisaitl, but CC is a hell of a goalie and has 2 cups on his resume. - Dannyboy
Well I guess if we're gonna throw out ridiculously one sided trades, I offer Musil and a 3rd for Keith. |

I watched every Chicago game this season, I understand what you're saying however he is a huge defensive liability , doesn't battle hard for the puck. Now , maybe that will change and he will improve but from what I have seen I highly doubt it. |

Schultz never played in the Coyotes organization so he's nowhere near as good as Rundblad. |

if I know anything about stats, is that the Bud Light +/- cup and the Molson 3 stars cup is what teams are really looking for these days.
How many times was he the 3rd star of the game, I need to know! |

I guess if we don't put Rundblad in there,
16th + Scrivens + 3rd or 2nd or both (This year) for Crawford?
Would we want to bite on that trade? Or is 6 mill for a goalie too much, considering whom we will have to resign later on. |
