Yea I like him a lot. I thought 8 PIM for the year was incredible. Yes they say he needs to be more physical. But he's so solid all around and one of the youngest - Just5
Nick Lidstrom was pretty effective and he wasn't physical. Not saying Werenski could be that, but he's damned solid and i didn't realize that he's one of the youngest skaters in the draft |

It's great that you guys get into looking at the players, and talking the draft. Good stuff. I just don't have enough time to dive into it. I just want to know who they pick. Sort of impatient here. Which doesn't make a lot of sense actually, because the player they select may not play for the Flyers for a year or two. Also want to see what other moves they make, if any.

It's going to be a fun 3 days 6/25, 6/26 and 6/27. 76ers and Flyers with Picks in every round. Very good possibility to see moves on all three days bu both clubs. |

I've been saying it all along. The kid has the talent. A year ago he was top 8 on virtually everyone's boards. A pair of suspensions and an injury does not make him any less of a player.
Zacha and Werenski could be the big steals in this draft. |

My only problem with Zacha is that he can apparently be lazy or even absent on the backcheck. Obviously you can't get too worked up over some defensive issues in a young player, but it's still a bit of a concern. |

Certainly a concern but like you said, not something to get too worked up over as it is still coach able.
I think he might actually be the best forward fit for us tbh when its down to Barzal, Zacha, Crouse and Rantanen. |

He might be the biggest boom or bust guy, but the pure skill is there, and he's a big kid with a nasty streak, too. If his struggles were due to adjusting to being away from home and the smaller, ice, he could be an absolute beast-like dominant all star level guy. |

His speed and two-way play still makes me feel like Barzal is the best fit for Hextall and Hakstol's vision for the Flyers, but Zacha is my second favorite in that group of 4. |
