You could say that about the entire team. Last year was just a giant poop show. Don't believe what you saw in the 2nd half of last season. When healthy Bernier is a stud.

most objective people realize that he's a young goalie, who has lots of potential, but has struggled with inconsistency (as most young goalies often do).....at this point, i wouldn't be surprised if he flops, and i wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be a top 10 goalie in the league..............he's shown flashes of both.

I felt you insinuated that strongly, yes. I don't think anyone rates Dion (except RogerRoper, GardinerExpress and Prock). How the (frank) that guy get's voted the most overrated player in the league is beyond me. That would mean someone actually rates him.

Scratch Gibson from your list. He's the future #1A in Anaheim, and a potential Vezina contender. Andersen is just keeping the chair warm for him until he's ready.

Probably a pipedream, but if Lebrun is reporting that the Oilers are calling about him and all other young goalies that are available and not available. Until the ducks say otherwise, there is always that slight chance he could be moved

Just ask yourself this, if he is so great and the future, why the hell would the Sens move him over a 34 year old goalie going on the decline soon, an unproven miracle run goalie, and a recent college UFA signing.

And has concussion issues. Injuries can have a huge effect on goalies. Markstrom was a lot like Lehner and got injured. He worked through it and is looking great again. Lehner may get through it and may not. Im not taking a risk on him at this point though. I'd take Markstrom over Lehner right now in a heart beat.

I don't hate the player, just his contract. He would be a decent #3 on any team, IMO. His contract tho....in the last 3 yrs of it anyway...
