When did Bernier become a good #1 Goalie? He's maybe somewhere between the 20th and 32nd best in the league.

And everyone outside of Toronto knows Dion is not well suited as a top pair D man. He's ideally a #3, and way overpaid for that station.


....and there are other teams with players you know. Goalies will be a dime a dozen this year, why should anyone pay more for a devalued Bernier than you guys did?

Canucks said their ASKING price for Lack is a 2nd. Niemi, Ramo, Nuevirth are UFA. Ottawa has to get rid of either Anderson or Lehner. Neither will cost a first. Elliot wants out of St Louis. Won't cost a first. So there. F off with you idiotic Bernier poop.

It was the same reaction as when they traded away the all-of-a-sudden-awesome Gunnarsson, wouldn't give Kulemin 16 million and bought out the offensive powerhouse, not-often injured Grabovski.

Regardless of the move, the Leafs lost. That was the mass feedback I read about the Bernier trade.
