Despite all the hatred among the fancy stats blogger community for the kid he certainly has a lot of things going his way in terms of size and natural talent. Might need to work on his hockey IQ a bit though, most youngsters do.

Strome/Hanifin/Marner are as good as most 1st overalls in other years. That's what a 'deep draft' means.
