if you've got a french press, all you do is put your grind in, mix the water in, and let it sit in the fridge or on the counter overnight(12h).

I found 3 places(townhouses) under 500. One of them is 499.

All will definitely go for over 500.


It's not out of the realm of possibility, but both our parents are pretty old, so we want to have kids young. That's the part that makes it hard. If we both were putting full income in, and didn't have other responsibilities, it'd be fine.


But mat leave income and mouths to feed?

bought mine on sale for 59....I only use the big side full of Maxwell house hair straightener

Yea, makes a pretty good pot. I use Costco espresso beans: cheap and strong.

Anything that's left over goes in an ice tray for future use in iced coffees.

my brother bought a townhouse end unit in ajax/401 for 180, lived there for 10 years and sold it for 300...bought a detached with a pool in the whitby burbs for 450...really nice place...but i just can't relate to half million dollar real estate...i bought a farmhouse on 9 acres for 70K in NB.....so glad i left ontario

Yea, farmland is similar here.

Saw a cottage on 100 acres for 150 ... but it's really getting into rougher land. No year-round road.
