I'm going to go ahead and assume the GM knows a bit more about finding the right coach for the team than we do. Also think it would be irresponsible of Murray to not interview, or at least speak with, every and any potential candidate available. I'm sure we'll see a random left field name or two in the form of Hakstol or Johnston or Willie Desjardins.

I don't think he's the answer, but at the same time, I don't know that anyone else would be any better either. That's not to say Babcock would have been any better, because honestly, we don't know that he would have been.

I just don't feel like there's one guy that seems like a right fit right now. I had my doubts about how Babcock would be with the amount of kids on the roster.

No need to sell the farm when you've got a kid like Eichel available to you as well. I liked his game during the Worlds. I think he's more than ready to make the jump to the NHL.
