I don't think we will go chasing Green. We have Sbisa

I'd say, if McDavid makes it to the NHL next season, then I don't mind putting Cassel in the lineup

Sven looks like he is going to be a good second round pick and probably will be ready a lot sooner than if we drafted 2 nd round this year

Sven needs to come into camp ready to go. If he doesn't make this team out of camp we've got problems.

From the Vey article the other day, in The Province I think,, he should be our checking centre and Horvat an offensive centre along with Bonino and hank. From vantel, I think, Kesler played selfishly cuz he didn't have legit wingers, Bonino better get a couple otherwise he's gonna be a waste on this team. Higgins should be traded for a younger more skillful player that needs seasoning.

I didn't say Kesler didn't have decent wingers, I said he didn't have decent players. I don't think our D helped Kesler either.

Edler will not get a first line centre. You need to draft a first line centre. That usually comes by finishing in the bottom

Maybe training Vey to be defensive might work, but you need to tear him down and rebuild him

To be a defensive Center you kind of have to have a bit of grit. Havent seen that from him. Better chance cassels becomes the shutdown Center or in a miracle Kyle Pettit blossoms

I think Cassels will be a very good 4 th line centre on the Canucks. Vey could be in a make or break year, much like Sbisa. See what happens next year.
