The refs aren't committing unforced turnovers and getting sucked into TBs game

I like Toews better than Kane but the Hawks struggled without Kane and now look like they could win another cup

Don't like Kane either, but he's the engine that gets them going. Captaincy or not. Guy just goes to another level in the playoffs. Fantastic player.

I've come to the conclusion that the blogger is only a vessel for the real writers on this thread. it's like monopoly. the blogger is go. pass go and collect 200 dollars. all the action is after go.

whether the canadiens win or lose, therrien has to answer for a powerplay that is 3% in the playoffs and for not being able to get anything out of galchenyuk, eller, Devante-pelley, dd, p.a.p and for way over playing markov all season to reduce him to a #7 dman in the playoffs. therrien coaches for his job and not for the vision bergevin supposedly has. I can't imagine this team buying into therrien and his "system" come next season.

- rob121

Therrien isn't going anywhere in the off season but I am thinking that he will have a pretty short leash next year, especially if Bergevin makes some moves to help out the offence and they still end up struggling to score.

exactly every time Montreal has any real chance its like they all go into nervous overdrive and they bobble the puck, loose control, give it away

They're supposed to take the puck out of the net after a goal, but since we don't score, they don't even do that!!!

I'd like someone to explain to me how Eller is the best forward tonite or so far in the playoffs?
Has he scored? Did he even came close? Did he make a brillant pass to create a scoring chance for his winger?
WTF has he done exactly that Gallagher hasn't done?

Interesting note about the forward group: Pacioretty is the only forward so far in this series to register a goal.

Not to repeat Don Cherry.. But it takes a good ol Canadian boy to win.

Pacioretty looks like a piece of poop crunch time

Of the top 18 scorers in the NHL playoffs this year, only five are Canadian. They play for two teams (Ducks and Blackhawks).

What about goal posts, or scoring chances?
I want to believe, but I seriously have seen nothing leading me to think Eller has been the best forward.

therrien is stale milk. the longer he stays the more sour it will be. if the canadiens don't offer brinks to babcock they are just a bunch of cow towing franco appeasers. this is fuking business. the best coach in hockey is out there. if he ends up in Edmonton we are the biggest joke in hockey.
