We don't have to deal with Pitts. If they don't want a 31 goal scorer I am sure another team might like that.

Carol , no one has turned on Vrbata. If he was 26 and we were near the top , we would be yelling sign him long term.

He is built for a team looking to win now, we are no where near that , so we should fill needs with a sensible trade.

I think Pittsburgh isn't the greatest potential trading partner. They have a lot of issues, beginning with how to address the cap situation they're in - that is, having three players who account for almost 50% of their total salary.
