What a wild game, series had high entertainment value...Canucks need a real rebuild IMO not a tinker though. Flames were in this spot a few years ago, lots of good vets but if you are an older team that isn't quite good enough you will never get over the hump

It's the playoffs...goals are hard to come by, especially for a guy playing with two sub-par top six guys in Bonino, Higgins or the on game with Baertschi.

I agree on the two --- funny, I like them both, but we need to develop younger guys in those minutes.

Bonino --- who I do not like as much --- has too much "Kesler Stigma" on him and I think Benning will want to keep him as he is "his guy".

I think it has to do more of the mix of players you have. You need a few goal scorers a few puck movers, bangers and crashers, good goaltending, and a few tough guys.

I'm on board with this. Frankly, outside of the Sedins, Tanev and Horvat, there isn't a player on the roster that I would miss if they weren't here next year.
