Jarmo, why don't you go post on your favorite GMs blog. I am sure he has a good one. Or even just the Kings or Blue Jackets threads. They probably need some traffic right about now, they could use you there......

Blues fans, quit talking like the Blues are done. They aren't. They can still beat Minnesota.

It is ok to have your heart broken. It is better to believe and have your hopes crushed than to never have any hope to begin with.

Believe in this team, that they will come together and pull this out. If they don't, you can say I told you so all off-season for all I care. But have fun and believe in your team. It is so much better.

Sadly, a big majority have already given up, when the team is down 1 game and can have the series tied tomorrow. Ticket prices have dropped like a rock. You can get 4 tickets to Friday nights game on StubHub for the price of a single ticket in Minny tomorrow. That is just sad. Instead of worrying about the red in the rink, we might have to worry about the green.......

Should I count on a win and buy two tickets now or count on a loss and even cheaper tickets on thursday

The frustration was probably not just at the Wild but the refs and the blues themselves.

I mean how do you go an entire game with not one penalty called against?

Not an excuse as the Wild should have and did win but it got out of hand with the refs.

They let the after whistle stuff go so why would the blues not try and exact some sort of revenge?

- sycsam

Revenge? Is that what you think it is? Honestly? The Blues start the vast majority of after whistle foolishness.

Alright, so the Blues played really bad hockey last night. But even so, discounting the empty net, Minnesota only managed 2 goals against. Considering how atrocious the Blues played, 2 goals isn't that great. Allen is playing extremely well, if the guys in front of him play even decent hockey, that's a winnable game. Hopefully the Blues come to play tomorrow and get the win. If that happens, I like our chances. Go Blues!

I haven't given up, and I'm pretty sure everyone here will still be watching the games and pulling for win. What's troubling is the way they're losing. Last year, even with the way they went into the playoffs and losing the series in the end, they laid everything on the ice in those 6 games until the very last period after it was all but over. So far this year they've showed up for three out of 9 periods. Got to call it what it is. They're playing like they don't want to win.

A win and buy them now.

I mean, they are really cheap right now. Go for it.

Series is over for Tampa as well. They just lost 3-0 on the road with an empty net goal scored.

Yeah that Stamkos couldn't lead the team out of a wet paper bag!

Does sort of beg the question though... Is Stamkos good enough to lead his team?

He couldn't get it done with St.Louis there and he doesn't seem to be getting it done with Callahan. Strange...

I don't think Stamkos is a bad leader. There were always tons of distractions when St. Louis was there, trade rumors, etc.

This team has a TON of young guys getting their first real taste of the playoffs. I think it is to be expected to have some hiccups especially when playing against perenial performers like Dats and Zetterburg.
