Agree. Not only does he lead the team in stat categories, he does "all the little things that don't show up on the scoresheet."

I know what you're saying, but history has no bearing mathematically speaking. The results of previous drafts are independent of this one. I'd rather have a 20% chance than a 13.5 % chance for McDavid, and I'd rather have a 100% chance than a 33.5% chance for either Eichel or McDavid. That's what's on the line.

That's why the draft lottery is dumb. The whole point of drafting in reverse standings order is so the worse teams can better faster. So why let a team that missed the playoffs by 1 point get a shot, even if it's a small chance?

That's good. That's not most, that's around one per other team. He would only be our 2nd/3rd best winger (1st being kane, Grigs possibly if moved to wing) not including our centers.
