this is a team that is simply running out of gas. injuries will take its toll both with injured and healthy guys.

i still expect them to make the playoffs and who knows after that. it's no fluke that they continue to start off strong but fade away later in the game.

UMMM ... they have better younger talent than we do and they are more balanced. They certainly have a play-off caliber team. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs a dose of reality. I don';t care who we are missing. Pittsburgh is better with a healthy lineup. However to say they don't have the talent to be a play-off team is absurd. They have enough talent to be a play-off team. Sutter is the best FO guy on the team at 50.4%. Lapierre is at 48.8%. Goc was really good for us on FOs at 54% but we traded him for Lapierre. But Lapierre has grit.
