If you're going strictly off points then yeah he didn't show anything playing with Kaleta and Ellis. When he was 3rd line with Hodgson and Stewart for a couple games he did produce but then got demoted.

However, the game isn't just about scoring points, and Larsson will score when he's paired with competent NHL players not plugs. The benefit of Larsson is his defensive game.

When I get back to my computer and off this tablet I'll pull up all the numbers. You'll see the effect Larsson has on the roster and why he's being under rated as just a flash in the pan.
