Sabres getting Eichel could be great in a few ways. He will always be motivated to play McDavid.

Thats what I said. If ARI or BUF win lottery, he goes #3 to EDM. If any team except ARI, EDM or BUF win the lottery, he goes #4 to EDM. I think ARI would take Marner since he played with Domi, although I could see them going with Strome too.

The "chip on the shoulder" theory has been way overplayed lately. Motivation is great, but sometimes the other player is just better. I have a feeling that's going to be the case with McDavid.
