oh, also one day they were having a summer event and one of the cashier supervisors asked me if I could help inflate balloons.

I said sure and inflated balloons for 5 minutes and then two union reps asked me if I wanted to file a grievance since inflating balloons wasn't part of my job description and then badmouthed me when I said no.

The students of my department had a vote last week to determine if we would have went on strike last Thursday. The majority of voters voted not to strike. According to the pro strikers of the department, we are allowing the government to destroy democracy.
