@renlavoietva: No suspension for #canucks Alex Burrows. Can't say the same for #jets Dustin Byfuglien. No final decision yet. #tvasports

Much like Mario calling the isles goons when he was employing Matt Cooke? Mario cried and cried.

You know, when you look at this, it actually looks like Staal isn't even looking at Crosby. More like he knew Crosby was there waiting for the puck and he wanted to cross check him but Crosby was a little hunched over. Like Staal was using peripheral vision to only notice where Sid was while he was really focused on watch the puck play in front of them and he kinda just followed through when Sid bent over. Its not like Staal went right up to Sid, looked at his head and decided to check his head down through the ice. Cuz thats exactly what Buff did.

Anyway, I bet Buff gets no more than 1 game because Miller wasn't injured...

The severity of the hit aside, what a selfish play to even put yourself in position to be suspended this late in the year with your team fighting tooth and nail for a playoff spot. If he get suspended, and they miss, I am sure that he will have fun thinking about that for the whole summer.

That coulda been steve Moore all over again with a broken neck. I can't believe he got up soon after, yet it wouldn't surprise if he's sore today and sits tomorroe

Wasn't he in the middle of the firestorm with Evander Kane too? It will allow LA to slide right in now.

We all know how AV feels about Glass. Plus, Sheppard hasn't greatly distanced himself from Glass since he has been in the lineup. If close, think AV goes with Glass, whether we like it or not.

IMO, Glass has a little more nasty in his game, but Shep is pretty physical himself. Shep has MUCH better puck ability though from what I see, thats why I would play him. Both are pretty even in skating, but Shep has a little more puck control and mobility with it. Glass is kinda one direction guy then pass or shoot, both pretty underwhelming. I know he probably wont, but I hope he sits Glass.

Yes, he supposedly threw all of Kane's clothes in the shower when Kane showed up to a team meeting not addressed according to team rules. I actually thought that was hilarious.

Glass has improved his game to the point where I won't punch a window if someone else is scratched in favor of him. So that's good I guess.

that's great news, that team looks to be headed to the playoffs. So a great addition and he'll play some meaningful hockey down the stretch.

Don't think so, but it also means we don't burn a year off his ELC.

best part about it is the Rangers finally have control over his development. So whether or not there are any plans for him as a Ranger this year is secondary.

Plus, we no longer have to worry about him pulling a Hayes
