These ones are almost 3 in. thick, and I encrust them with that pink himalayan salt. |

Tenderloins are pretty sweet as well. We buy the whole loin from Costco and I cut it up...wow is it good!!! |

Unless you're a starving student. Then just having meat instead of PB on a spoon is a good meal. |

I find tenderoins ok but they usually taste like whatever you put on it. Not fatty enough for me. I want my steak to burn baby! Got to have that fat!
I do like pork tenderloin though. So good. |

I don't get why people on the West Coast cheer for the Jays? They're 3400 Km's away from Vancouver...yes I understand they're in a Canadian province, but who cares, half the league is closer to Vancouver and plays in our time zone. - LeftCoaster
Exactly. I was a bit of an Expos fan when they were the lone CDN team but having been born in the lower mainland I grew up with the Mariners and will always be a die hard fan.

When we have friends/family over I go to the butchers and buy a big Prime Rib and get them to cut it into thick steaks. Hit them with coarse salt and pepper. Then onto the BBQ at 700+ degrees for 4 minutes a side. Medium rare done to perfection. |

Great ballpark...12th row up on the 3rd base line (visitor side) my wife and I pay around 48 buck for tickets. It's a lot of fun filled with beer and really fattening foods

My mouth just started to water. How long is the waiting list to be friends/family, and if I give you a jazz cig or 2 can I move up the list? |

Agreed. Grilled Avocado (the butter of the vegetable world) go really well with them.
Slice the avocado in half and lightly olive oil them. A little salt, pepper, and a dusting of chilling power. Grill them on medium heat while the rib eyes are resting and finish them of with some lime and cilantro. BLAMO, perfect man dinner.
The secret to all of this is to have a beer in hand as much as possibly during the entire process... It's okay if you finish it; just open another one. |

Good call. I always underestimated the "resting" part but I've re-discovered it again. It's so important for a great tasting steak. I've also heard it be called 'tenting'.
