What I meant was it probably favours the Leafs if Edmonton picks at 3, rather than Arizona. No guarantees either way.

All Winnipeg has to do is not (frank) up and LA is out basically. The Jets have a tough schedule so they may very well miss out but it's out of LA's hands at this point. They need other teams to fail in order to get in.
