They're playing him as a winger in the AHL and he's looked uncomfortable. Been up and down all season from what the regular AHL watchers at HF have reported.

Matthias won't continue to shoot this effectively, his sh% is way higher than career norms. He's a 15 goal player. So 3M is decent, but 3.5M is where things get a little "meh" for me since he's not a good passer and lacks vision on the ice, does not make his linemates better.

That rebound on the first goal wasn't great, but yeah he's made a couple of nice saves. This team isn't good at either of the ice lately.

No way he'll take that. I think even getting him down to 3M will be difficult, but I could live with it. 3.5 or even 3.25 and I'm not sure if I'd do it, he'll likely want a limited NTC if he's giving a discount too, otherwise he has no reason to give a discount.

Matthias is playing above his average the others are not, so I gave them their average. If it was Hansen playing above his average I would be supporting his cause.
