Yeah, he's 23 and will be playing with Domi, Duclair, and one of McDavid or Eichel for the foreseeable future.

I had to think about it for sure, but I was missing a second stud Defenceman.

Hopefully this wheeling and dealing pays off next season. I was winning some of my matchups right up until Okposo went down. After that it's been downhill.

IMO this should have been the game he made his season debut but cest la vie. Even though it's ARI the playoff race is too tight to take any chances and we did get beat by BUF so nothing can be taken for granted.

I wouldn't be surprised if WD rides lack for 6 out of every 7 of our last games or until Miller is back.

I agree if he wasn't good defensively, good depth scorer, good penalty killer, on a good contract he wouldn't be in the nhl......

He's a great third liner and WD is playing him on the third line tonight. I don't know why Dorsett is on the second line with Bonino and Vrbata....

Show me stats that show he's good defensively. He's not good, and 2.5m is not a good contract for someone who is easily replaceable. I'd rather Kenins over Higgins, and the kid makes 685k....now that's a good contract.

2 goals in 45 games... 7 goals on the year, 3 of them empty nets. How is that depth scoring?

Because he is our best penalty killer and he works harder that anyone when on the ice. Just because he isn't scoring doesn't mean he isn't playing well.

Good read Carol although I disagree with playing Markstrom again. Our best goalie is out and we are trying to make the playoffs I wouldn't have started him in SanJoe probably not in Phoniex either. I do however like the tandem of Hamhuis and Sbisa.
