in his defence you cant argue with the fatc that 9 years of losing and for the most part the oilers have the same people in upper managment does show that either ownership in absulutely clueless or love to lose. no my wish is to see every oiler vet or anyone whos been affiliated with the oil turfed and a new direction brought in. Persoanlly i like mac t, but its not what the oilers need. theres need to be people in there that bring in new ideas.

and if things changed long term, it would because of the patience and pieces in place the supposed inept gms did while we struggled.

thats fair... i just want to see some success and better player development. the oilers brand is also being affected. theres so much work to do. but you are right, patience is needed as much as it sucks to say so. theres no quick fix
