Want some realism? This team, regardless of who is the GM, will not make the playoffs until the 2017-18 season. Impossibleto make it sooner, barring a fluke.

Not so much comparing him to Cloutier as pointing out, hey we've had Cloutier, Garner, Hendo (at least in my time). One is 12 cuts above the rest. More often than not, what Hendo says is pretty bang on in my mind. Been beating this dead horse for too long, though.
