Last traded for a fifth. Plays 21 plus minutes a night and sees PP time. Doesn't hit a lot due to his "Sutter Junior" physique, but he blocks a hell of a lot of shots.

Hey, he's scored 3 on the backhand since he started using it three games ago.. Either way keep DP up and keep giving his sticks to Geno Maybe DP can even get an endorsement on his stick now.

As much as we all hate Sutter, I think we would need more coming back. Maybe a pick at least, but who knows with these deadline deals

Agreed. I've been saying this since his second call up. He's always had confidence to fire the puck on net, but now he's jumping up like Letang! I love it!

There was a study done some time ago about Ek's accuracy. He was right at roughly 3% of his trades. That is lower than picking a random name out of a hat.

The whole organization is way too corporate these days. I'm gonna enjoy the hell out of having Malkin and Crosby for the next few years in their prime, but part of me is looking forward to when we start loading up draft picks and return to the '07 type of Pens when the rabid excitement returns to the team and arena. These days the regular season is a foregone conclusion and the excitement of winning a playoff round is met with a ho-hum attitude.
