I give him some credit. He has gotten good value for what he has traded.

I don't give him full credit for fixing his mistake cause it took Shanny to see them, point them out and then get the board to be okay with sucking.

Nonis did not recognize what his team was after the playoff appearance or last season. Yes he is fixing it because he has no other option if he wants to even consider keeping his job.
