With a bit of perspective, I like yesterday's moves. A revamp of the bottom 6 with guys that better fit the profile. Nothing against Christian Thomas, but he doesn't fit in that role.
Don't know a whole lot about Flynn and Mitchell, but I read yesterday that they are both hard workers and good team guys. Hopefully that's the case. |

Last year, the 4th line was instrumental to the Habs' success in the playoffs, including offensively (see Weise's OT goal). This year's 4th line can win faceoff, but not much else. Now they have 3 20pts guys who could see some time on the 3rd line and we wouldn't whine much (who am I kidding) |
