I am sure they are just trying to increase his trade value. He will be gone by the 2nd.

Jackets shopping Wiz. Quality pp qb, 2 way D with high offensive upside. Something I believe this team needs. He's 31 y/o vet. I wouldn't throw the sink at him, but another guy with a physical offensive edge probably wouldn't hurt this team. A bit injury prone. Has probably another solid 5 years in him. Right handed shot.

at some point fatigue has to set in..

watch them trade him then bring up hackett and play him for 10 straight games so that Lindback doesn't play

If they really were in tank mode Lindback would be in net.

I wouldn't give up either of them for Wiz, he's hurt to much. We don't need another bad contract, if they have any thoughts of moving Big Z it should be in the ROR deal and nothing else.

For Z, no way. I agree with PyCabe though. Not sure I'd want to give one of them up for him though.

89, I just hate the thought of trading Z period. He has some personal/immature issues they need to deal with but when he gets everything straight, he's gonna be a beast. I say we move a Gorges or Pysyk for Wiz.

Agreed. And if you trade for him you have potentially two oft injured D men in Wiz and Bogo. It's a risk but Murray is not gun shy so maybe he throws something at CBus, ya never know.
