How about Weise - Eller - DSP
Bournival - DLR - Prust - Fredobface
Then who plays on the 2nd line? Missed most of the game, but read/heard Eller was good as a LW and Galchenyuk looked pretty good as a RW.
Anyway, lines change all the time so who knows? |

seems like he expected to be given the opportunity to prove himself as a top 6, whereas the team expected him to earn the opportunity. |

They didn't gimme a chance.. I was top scorer in the KHL wannnn wannn wannn - WaterBoy
So true. 20 teams bidding on his services, and he chooses a team he thinks is good, is historic, and with a passionate fan base. He believed he would shine in this hockey centric market. How do they treat him? Spat in his face! Treating all world talent like garbage. It's going to be even harder to sign players after this gross mistreatment of a player. |

Well when half the leagues wants to sign you, maybe you think you deserve more than you really do. |

i don't know if that's fair to say... i will say that i don't think it's easy for a rookie to bounce around the lineup like he did. and this is an especially tough team to excel on as a young player because if you cannot play 200 feet, you're not playing at all. |

At the same time 32 teams passed on him in at the draft, for 6 rounds, 4 years in a row. |

Exactly.
Now with the KHL on really shaky ground I doubt any talent over there would even consider the Habs after this.
Just another short-sighted move by a "classy" franchise. |

Actually his 2 way game was never issue I think, backchecking is probalby what he did best here.
Problem was from the blueline to the oposing team's net. |
