you also need to be able to win 4-3 every now and then. it's great that they can win 2-1 games and if we were a fan base that's super happy with making the playoffs and maybe even winning a round, there wouldn't be much to say. but if they want to make another run this year, they're going to need to find a way to win games 4-3 every now and then. we saw last year even when Price was lights out in the playoffs, some wins against Tampa and Boston required more than 2 goals. i'm hoping Bergevin makes a significant top 6 add in the next week.

So let's get this straight. Therrien's opting for three centers on his second line; one who has to play left wing, where he's been pretty ineffective throughout his career, never mind that he abhors playing there, and another who's never played the right wing before.

They'll be lucky if they make through the warm up together..

Nothing new in Lupul trade talks. Some interest, but nothing the Leafs are willing to move on. Status quo, but could heat up later in week.

Heard Bergevin traded for Lupul last week. When he called to let him know Lupul dislocated his shoulder answering the phone so trade was voided.

Lupul at 5,5M + for 3 more years ( or something like that) = non merci

Don't set your hopes to high.

There's not much out there.
