Pretty funny except it's missing one little thing, accuracy...

I'd do it, for both teams -- totally serious

Kessel goes someplace where he can just score goals and be a nobody, and you know that is what he wants. Everything about him screams that hockey is a job, not his life

Toronto gets the first-round pick and dumps the salary/contract for a team that won't contend

Everything else is just details to make it work financially, but that is what it boils down to

- AllInForFlyers

I agree with this post... Kessel will thrive in Florida and Toronto gets the necessary pieces to start rebuild.

doesn't seem as far fetched as some of the other proposed trades around here, seems like a nice hockey deal for both sides

Essentially, it's Huberdeau, Bergenheim and a 1st for Kessel.. Three good assets.. If offered, Leafs should take it

Obviously. Thats not what i meant, but we have 8 defensemen when Kimmo returns. A. We can't afford Yandle with our cap, B. We have several over paid dmen. C. If we do get him, someone who is overpaid is being overpaid to watch games from the press box

Having 8 defensemen, who most are overpaid, which one or two of would be healthy scratches (getting paid to watch hockey from press box)

works for both sides, and likely the players involved too, Panthers dont need JH, Phil would fit in nicely in the line up and in the city, Leafs get what they want, high end prospect and a decent pick , and cap room

How (frank)ing dare anyone out there make fun of the Flyer's defense after all they been through.!

MacDonald lost his grandmother, Coburn broke his knee. Timonen had two (frank)in blood clots.

Streit's husband turned out to be a user, a cheater, and now he's going through a custody battle. All you people care about is….. readers and making money off of him.

THEY'RE HUMANS! (ah! ooh!) What you don’t realize is that the Flyers defense is making you all this money and all you do is write a bunch of crap about them.

They haven't performed on ice in years. Their song is called “give me more” for a reason because all you people want is MORE! MORE-MORE, MORE: MORE!.

LEAVE THE FLYER'S DEFENSE ALONE! You are lucky they even performed for you BASTARDS!
LEAVE THE FLYER'S DEFENSE ALONE!…..Please.

Jeremy Roenick talked about professionalism and said if the Flyer's defense were professional they would’ve pulled it off no matter what.

Speaking of professionalism, when is it professional to publicly bash someone who is going through a hard time.

Leave the Flyer's defense Alone Please…. !
Leave the Flyer's defense alone!…right now!….I mean it.!

Anyone that has a problem with her you deal with me, because they are not well right now.

LEAVE THEM ALONE!

Really?

They have alot of quality young players but if they decide to keep Huberdeau around he'll be quite the useful player for the Panthers for a long time.
