You guys are more concerned with being funny and ripping on people than having a real hockey discussion... it's actually kinda sad

I'm just one of the only guys on here who seems to want to put the time into talking to you guys about this, as I'm sure there are others who think the same thing and actually want to talk about hockey - but you guys ruin it for them and they end up just stop posting like I'm about to do. You've pushed out most of the people on here that actually want to talk hockey...

I don't have any negativity, haven't said anything about the length of your posts and haven't ripped on you for wanting to have a real hockey conversation. It just seems odd that you spend so much time telling us how educated your opinions are and that we should take you very seriously. If this were the case, wouldn't your opinions stand on their own merit?

I think people on a leafs related thread might tend to get a little scratchy when they see a half page entry that starts with "wake up leafs fans!!" but maybe that's just me.
I read your post and while you obviously have your right to your opinion I would suggest it comes off more as a harangue when it's A) so long and B) pretty far off of most commonly held (so called 'expert') opinions as far player values.

I have a hate-on for plenty of current rostered players but when people come out with statements saying no one would want them and they're only 'salary dumps' it doesn't really help the discussion it comes off more like trolling for arguments.
