I specifically didn't throw in those names because I'd rather not trade for Yandle if it requires those guys being traded. Just what I think

They will want a B+ prospect and a pick if we're sending out Richards.

there was an article either on THN or ESPN about how 1st round picks are hard to trade now, GM's are loathe to package them unless they have an abundance of them, and 2nd rounders are the currency of choice.

i dont like the idea of giving up high draft picks and prospects for yandle who doesn't defend all that well.

Forbort and Weal are hardly B+ prospects.

im with you on that.......on a different subject....is it just me or are the Kings getting whistle jacked. It looks like the refs are detroit fans. Those poopty calls on Regher and Green, the no call on Abdulkader holding the stick of Regher, The no calls on interference on a few occasions. I'm just wondering. I'm glad we are winning but this is getting kinda obvious to me. I hope the third isnt the same, this Wings team will make us pay for the refs apparent bias at some point.

I thought the wings got away with several hooking calls too. No matter, we got the two.

The officiating was atrocious. That "slashing" penalty against Toffoli was ridiculous. A nice tap, then..wait for it..wait for it..okay, dive. Penalty. How about that gem of a call against Regehr in the corner? Hold the stick..keep holding, he tried to free it. Let go of it, then take it under the arm again...hold it..hold it. Penalty. The Wings got away with murder, and still lost. That shows that this team can do it again. Resilience.

Good job, Quickie.

Weal is way too small. Forbort still has tons of work ahead of him

It sure looked like the Wings got away with a few calls. Gotta give a lot of credit to the Kings for not getting too worked up over it though. They sure played well last night even though Penalties were what, 5 to 1 in favor of the wings? Whatever, in the end Kings came out on top

Honestly, I hate this judgement for any athlete. Are the odds against him yes. You never know until he makes it to the NHL..... Who knows, maybe he's the next St.Louis

I wonder sometimes if a small, fast forward would be just what Kings need. Someone to speed around and keep other teams D,s a little more cautious. Look how well Brad Marchand fits into the Defensive system of the Bruins.
I woudn't be opposed to an experiment with him.........maybe wait till the start of next season though
