Playing Bourque over Sekac was an easy decision.

You can't sit a veteran and expect him to get better.

Sekac is 22 and new in thie league.... Sekac also hasn't been any better than Bourque.

I agree with you on Bourque. But Weise is getting results, so it's hard to argue against his use.

Had a couple of beers with Charlie Simmer yesterday. He's a color guy for the Flames now. I asked him the same question.

His response was the Flames are looking at the future more than this year. Getting to the first round and getting swept in 4 does nothing for them. Glencross and Wideman are both on the block.
