DLR - 3/4 line center
Malhotra - reserve player

Chucky - 2nd line ( 1st line projection )
Bournival - 4th line
Weise - 3rd line
Prust - 3rd line

This group of forwards ain't cutting it. - WaterBoy
Nope, they are lacking an elite top line centre. Maybe Galchy will be that someday, but until then, the habs won't win. Unless Carey can steal them a bunch of games which is possible by the way he has been playing lately |

They are finding ways to win Pete.
But we shouldn't expect a quick fix by adding a top 4 D and a top 6 winger. - WaterBoy
Every team finds ways to win and lose for that matter.
Adding a top 4 d and a top 6 winger wouldn't be a fix because nothing is broken.
It would make them stronger. |

I meant he's still young, at 32 we know what Pleky can and can't do. |

Talking about Galchenyuk how do you explain his stats vs Filip Forsberg's this year, is it the Nashville factor?
The funny thing is I wanted Timmins to get him with our 3rd overall pick. |

If your goal is to win the stanley cup, the current group of players is not good enough to beat western teams like chicago, st.louis, anaheim and others. I agree that they have a good enough group to win the east, thanks to price mostly, but Its not good enough to win the cup. |

Eller is the only centre on the team with size and strength. i agree that he becomes much more valuable in the playoffs. but he'll need a big postseason to make up for season he's putting up. he's putting up David Clarkson numbers. |

0.6 playoffs (likely to go up).
I may have been too harsh on Plek, I still don't want to see Eller traded for a bag of pucks. - J-P

Anaheim is overrated. the Pacific division in general is crap this year. the Central is absolutely brutal though. those are probably the top 3 teams in the NHL. |

A St.louis-Chicago first rd matchup could be the best series in the playoffs this year. Such a shame they have to play eachother that early. |

Ya, He will be on the top line with patches 2 years from now when this team is a legit contender. It makes dd or eller tradeable next year in my opinion |

Man I can wait to see him suck in the playoffs. No more excuses to keep him around what so ever because he had a good run at the right time. |
