Hey, now we are finally getting new pages and do not have to go searching for a Blues page. We all know what is happening, at least this time he got it right.

But his last statement might be correct as what will most likely occur is he will get less and less game time over the next few seasons. Well that would be the case if we actually had say another right handed shooting dman and a player consistent to challenge Jackman's inconsistency.

I like Jackman's loyalty and his work ethic. Last jight on that shift the Blues dominated and the puck kept coming back to him proves his level of thinking in hockey and why if there is a better option it should be taken. His inability to create a soace for a shot and shooting it at a guy...come on. When Roussel wants to fight do not fight him. How do you let a pest who will not fight for the crap he pulls, then wants to defend himself when he has a grievance alleviate his frustration?

Seriously, Jackman should have let Roussel have his own medicine, i.e., just smile and say something snarky and do not engage. Oh no, it is like us not giving into our temptation to feed the trools like Ogi and the other dumb butt.

If Roussel had to suffer the same fate of his own devices that would be great. It sure never looked like he wantd to fight the whole game until Jackman hacks him back. Then again maybe Jackman was able to push the right buttons to finally getting him to fight.

At any rate the NHL is a joke. This guy gets only two games for a terrible action and then is able to cross check the entire game and go up to star players and oush them down. I get the taunting but physical intimidation that is part of a hockey play by a player who will not figt. The Blues response should have been to give the same to Benn.

I think this will be the difference of going on in the olay offs. Other teams are willing to bend and break the rules ot win and the Blues seem unwilling to cross the line.

- BluemanGuruu

I do not mind Jackman on this team for another 2 years. As long as he takes a pay cut and his minutes decline. Maybe Jackman shouldn't have fought him but at least he showed he cared and he was frustrated with the game.

Overall, I think it was just a piss poor effort to start the game, and we never really got a chance to recover. Eventually we got a couple of good chances but last night didn't resemble our team whatsoever.

I do not think getting to second place in all time games played as a Blue qualifies as setting a record.

I am going to very upset if Nashville wins a Cup before the Blues.

- BluemanGuruu

When Carolina won a cup, it gave me hope that anything could happen.

Nashville winning one before us would just be a kick in the Richard.

Randall,

You haven't mentioned Joakim Lindstrom in a while. What do you think his future holds for the Blues?

An über douche like Jackman as the all time games played leader for the Blues?

I guess that's fitting.

- Ogilthorpe2

hey Ogi it looks like from your avatar that you just got done blowin Jacks... I guess that's fitting because you just swallowed his man-spackle and he gave you his famous FU face for your services rendered and you're upset about not performing up to your regular butthawk standards!

Jacks is welcomed back at a discount and as 6th but mainly a 7th dman going forward and retire a BLUE he is deserving of it!

"Its harder to make up ground down the stretch than it used to be. Yeah they need a hot week or two but they also need a couple of the teams ahead of them to have cold stretches, and then sustain it for the rest of the season. They're in a bad spot plain and simple. Unless Lombardi is able to bring in a top 4 D, I don't like their chances."

Kings are CURRENTLY in the playoffs if the season ended today. 5 days after these absurd comments.

Like I said and carcus said just 5 days ago, there is a long way to go before the regular season ends and anything can happen. Like the Kings jumping 3 teams in 5 days to be IN the playoffs as of today.

Keep posting Guru and Fatty.

Which comment was absurd again? You could wait until the season is over, but the joke is on you buddy because all me and Guru were doing was F-ing with you anyway. Newsflash, I'm going to take a big stinky sh!# all over you and whichever team ends up being your favorite of the month. You're just too easy to make fun of.

On second thought, stick around. We've been looking for someone to fill the role of village idiot since you left.

You were Joking? Haha. That's why carcus, Drogie and myself had to correct you and guru many times. Haha.

I thought it was Columbus now. I guess they aren't winning enough to quite place that hitch on their band wagon yet.

The Kings will lose. They are not very good. Anyway here's hoping Richards just retires nex year.

You are actually an idiot. The Kings have games in hand but are not currently in a play off spot. If the season ended today they would not be in the play offs. The first tie break is ROW and not winning pct. San Jose has 27 row to LA's 26.

Come again and thanks for providing us with humor and ammo about your intelligence.

Like I said it's just too easy. I really could care less who ends up squeaking into the playoffs. I wouldn't have said one word about it if you hadn't resurfaced.

You're a troll, you have no loyalty, and on top of that you're not very bright. That's no way to go through life.

Tell me, how much Kings apparel do you own? How many of their games have you been to? How many of their games have you even watched on TV?

you have no loyalty
- fattyboubatty

I have loyalty to what matters in life. My wife and children. That's my only loyalty and that is the way it should be for men.

You and other Fanatics/Fans need to check yourself. You need to get your priorities straight if you are using words like "Loyalty" in regards to sports organizations.

If anyone needs to get their priorities straight it's you. You're the one trolling the message board of a team you don't support. Being loyal to one sport organization is common throughout the world. As is not thinking too much of people (like you) who just bandwagon to whoever is winning.

This is common for you; to only address one aspect of a post that is convenient not only to whatever point you wish to make but somehow makes you seem correct.

I think one of the differences between us is that I can admit I am fallible and when I am wrong.

I am a fan of the Blues. I do not have a passing interest in the Blues. I use my entertainment and the ability to do some light thinking when it comes to hockey. I loved playing the sport and it was because of the Blues and Brett Hull that I started playing hockey. When I came back from the war hockey gave me a place where usually the thoughts about war and the stuff I saw that tortured me went away. It was not perfect as I had a big issue with justice and reffing that stemmed from the war and sometimes got me into to trouble on the ice or in these blogs.

But the thing is it was great to play and be active instead of holing up in my home afraid to interact with people. So I have no issue being loyal to the Blues. If it is a knock to be loyal to them then I should not bother with any sport at all. For it is true sports cost and make way too much money. Players get paid way too much to be honest with you. But it is this way and I cannot stop it.

There is one thing I would love to see and that is. blues player holding the Cup high in the sky and giving it a kiss.

But honestly watching hockey the way the stories around the game are framed is no different than watching any other television series other than when hockey players get hurt or they bleed it is not fake.

Honestly though, morality, which is what we are considering, does not have much place in a game. It can show us our reflections of how we deal with the real world in a sense but it is only a reflection and not ultimate truth.

So lighten up Nancy. You are a good chair force boy who has no loyalty to a sports team and likes to troll around here, because I suspect deep down you are still a Blues fan but cannot even admit it to yourself. Just admit it. I admitted I was over the top about the Armstrong hiring. Armstrong is a decent GM and maybe even a great one.

Were the Kings winning cups in 2010? Is Columbus winning anythin right now? Were the Blues winning cups in 2003 when Jarmo came aboard?

Good for you. You locked yourself in a marriage of sports. Congrats!

I never "jumped ship" because I don't get on ships of teams. Like I said prior, I follow great management and coaches. I followed Scotty Bowman from the beginning.

So I guess that's TWICE I "jumped ship" from the Blues in your mind. Haha

You can't grasp my concept. And I could never grap yours.
