He just got hurt in practice according to Molinari's twitter account. Despres isn't on the ice either.

I'm half serious....he did just go down at your practice and have to get helped off the ice putting no weight on one leg.

Please warm up your hands, if possible. It's chilly out.

Don't you know that is board is restricted to only people from the greater Pittsburgh area and only for die-hard Pittsburgh Penguin fans?

Wilson is the type of player we have been missing for years. There are two Wilson types in every draft it seems. The problem is they are gone by the time we make our first pick in the fourth round.

I would love a Wilson type player.. but there are none available with his skillset. Also, we don't need someone who can fight. Just someone who is relentless on the puck and has the ability to play hockey. Someone with that Perron/Hornqvist mentality to go to the dirty areas while still having some good hands.

Not a big fan of Tocchet splitting up the PP units...71 not on the top PP unit is a joke. His one-time blast from the right side used to be their bread and butter and they don't go for it anymore

Had one break out season in the OHL and that got him drafted. 6-4, 210 pounder or so and doesn't take any gruff. Something to work with. He is only 20 years old too. Hasn't put up the points yet, but in time they will come. He won't get you 30 per season, but 15 and keep people honest.

Well when the top PP mentality is pass, pass, pass, hold, pass, fake shot, hold, pass, pass, hold, pass, pass, fake shot, hold, hold, pass, pass, forced pass leading to clear, it doesn't matter.

Retain 3.5 million of his cap hit and I would consider being back the hometown kid.

I'm not against it. Our second power play is dreadful and is virtually no threat. It's as effective as our fourth line.

Spaling, BB, Sutter, Martin, Dumo, Pouliott, Harrington, Scuds.

Those are the guys you can move. What they will bring back is anyones guess.

I think Berglund from STL and Bergenheim from FLA could be good pieces to bolster the bottom 6.

Local is one thing, bulk when you refer to him as "my childhood buddy"....yeah, that's a total (true) stealth brag.
